Windows 7 - Fixing sound devices after service pack installation

Here's an tutorial after i installed Service Pack 1 that was 3 hours........well after i installed it Windows failed hardly and:
1. Replaced my explorer.exe ( start orb ) but i fixed it,not in video
2. My sound devices were set to digital sound,shown in video
